For eligible online purchases, you have 14 days from receiving your order to inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or damaged, or there has been an error on our side.

You may be responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Refunds are processed in accordance with the time limits and conditions required by applicable law.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised for them.
