What are the shipping times?
Orders are prepared in Paris within 3–7 business days.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- France: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Selected international destinations: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs and local postal services. A confirmation email with tracking information is sent when your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to France, Europe and selected international destinations. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
How are orders packaged?
Every order is carefully packed in Paris. Prints are protected in sleeves and rigid packaging. Textiles and objects are wrapped according to the piece, with studio inserts included when appropriate.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
First check the tracking number sent by email.

What is a "drop"?
A drop is the launch of a new collection or new design, in a limited run. We announce the date in advance on Instagram and in our Newsletter
Once sold out, the design isn't always reprinted.
Are the garment sizes inclusive?
Available sizes vary depending on the piece. Current screen-printed long sleeves are available from S to XL, subject to stock. Measurements are listed on each product page.
Can I place a custom order?
For objects (prints, stickers, garments), we don't do custom orders — the designs are the studio's. For tattoos, custom projects are possible: send a request via the form on the Tattoo page.
Can I return or exchange an item?
For eligible online purchases, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, incorrect or there has been an error on our side.
Some exceptions may apply to custom or clearly personalised pieces.

How do I book a Tattoo session?
Fill out the form on the Tattoo page. I read every request and get back to you to see if the project feels right for both of us. Once confirmed, a €50 deposit is required to secure the slot.
Is handpoke suitable for my skin?
Gabriel tattoos people with different skin tones. Colour, contrast, placement and design choices can be discussed depending on the project, and a colour test may be considered when relevant.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
It can be moved once if you give at least 48 hours notice.
