Shipping policy

All orders are prepared and shipped from Paris, France.

Orders are usually prepared within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

France: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Selected international destinations: 7–21 business days

Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on postal services, periods of high activity and, for international orders, customs procedures.

Some pieces are produced or packed in small batches, so preparation may occasionally take slightly longer during launches.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on the destination. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If an order is significantly delayed, lost or damaged during transit, contact us at aurevoirgabriel@gmail.com so we can review the situation.
